The Most Extravagant Celebrity Weddings

Fall Rockford Weddings

Celebrity weddings are usually over the top to say the least. Here are some memorable celebrity weddings that you may want to steal details from:

*Kim K and Kris Humphries:

Kim’s dress was this beautiful white graceful ball gown, which she wore with a hippie style headband that held her veil. It was so pretty and her makeup was on point. The cake was basically as tall as she was, and the flowers had to cost more than anything else at the wedding since they were basically everywhere and looked so fresh. Too bad the timeline from their relationship went from dating to engaged to married to divorced in less than a year. That’s what you call a quickie marriage. It isn’t advised.

*Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie:

Although the two are divorced, this is a totally famous wedding. Lizzie McGuire actress Hilary Duff married her then husband to “Here Comes the Sun” by the Beatles and “Pure Imagination” from Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Her dress was designed by Vera Wang and the cake was covered in fresh flowers. Beauty and simplicity (or as simplistic as a celebrity wedding can be anyway)!

*Trista and Ryan Sutter:

The first Bachelor/Bachelorette couple to make it to the altar! Trista and Ryan had a beautiful wedding complete with a $15,000 wedding cake, roses galore and a sonnet they read aloud to each other during the ceremony. The two are still together and renewed their vows years later.

*Prince William and Kate Middleton:

Arguably, the most dramatic wedding of our time (come on, the queen was there), Kate and Will went down in history. Many people got up super early in the morning to watch on TV. They had the ceremony at Westminster Abbey (must be rough). The dress was incredible and very modest, which is a hard combination to make work, but Kate sure did it. Pippa was a gorgeous Maid of Honour. It was just all around the dream royal wedding.
